- Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work for long hours and on weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper in Hospitality Management.
- A second degree in Hospitality Management is an added advantage.
- A minimum of one year experience in the hospitality industry with emphasis in food and beverage.
