- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Accra- Spintex for an Engineering Sales Specialist.
- The Engineering Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet their specifications.
- Day-to-day tasks include identifying and targeting sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, preparing sales proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- The individual will also collaborate with the engineering team to align product offerings with market demands, gather customer feedback, and contribute to product development.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the engineering or construction materials industry
- Understanding of technical product specifications and the ability to communicate these to clients
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and sales proposal preparation skills
- Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the ceramics or building materials industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software tools
