- Build a pipe-line of potential clients by developing an active network with key decision makers in target organizations /markets
- Grow business with existing clients by selling new products and services of the company
- Lead negotiations for contracts, renewals, and service rate reviews
- Confidently justify and defend pricing adjustments during client rate review discussions
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Work closely with Operations and Finance to ensure service profitability
- Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets
