- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Lead pitch presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing clients
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
- Identify potential partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships
- Keep abreast of market dynamics to inform business strategy
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and client pitches
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to benefit the organization and it clients
- Ensure proposals align with client objectives, budgets, and agency capabilities
- Work closely with creative, production, and strategy teams to develop client solutions
- Ensure seamless transition from pitch to project execution
- Provide feedback and insights to internal teams for continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, wins, and KPIs
- Analyze performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making
