Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Identify, target, and engage prospective clients in the creative, marketing, and media space
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
2. Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
  • Lead pitch presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing clients
3. Market Research & Opportunity Identification
  • Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
  • Identify potential partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships
  • Keep abreast of market dynamics to inform business strategy
4. Proposal Development & Negotiation
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and client pitches
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to benefit the organization and it clients
  • Ensure proposals align with client objectives, budgets, and agency capabilities
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams
  • Work closely with creative, production, and strategy teams to develop client solutions
  • Ensure seamless transition from pitch to project execution
  • Provide feedback and insights to internal teams for continuous improvement
6. Reporting & Performance Analysis
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, wins, and KPIs
  • Analyze performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making
