- Lead New Business Team to achieve Land Sales targets for industrial Parks and all other land development projects for Land Holdings
- Lead Team to achieve all Sales target through a diligent and intelligent approach.
- Grow Investor Market Share across ASIA, UK, US, EU and AfCFTA Regions
- Lead the planning, designing and implementation of New Business Efforts for Sales Closure
- Lead new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements.
- Design and implement a scalable sales strategy that can grow with the business and result in at least 10% YoY Land Sales Growth
- Develop and deliver the Sales plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate sales reports.
- Build referral and lead generation network.
- Mentor and train sales reps to improve performance, reduce turnover and provide on-the-job support
- Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
- Any other task assigned by MD
- Minimum of a degree is Sales,Marketing, or other related field of study.
- Minimum of 5 years' sales and marketing experience
- Cross cultural experience will be an added advantage.
