- Provide strong and positive leadership to the HR department ensuring competent and motivated staff are hired and retained, providing efficient delivery of HR services
- Coordinate professional and personal staff development through adequate orientation, on-the-job coaching, identification of learning, training needs and opportunities and succession planning
- Develop and manage the overall organisational performance management system,
- Bachelor's Degree in HR and Business Management, or other related qualification
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience
- Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, benefits administration, organisational planning and development, employee relations, safety, training and development and office administration
