- Deeply immerse yourself in the service businesses in Ghana including hospitality, F&B, retail, healthcare.
- Visit businesses, meet teams, and observe how service and feedback are managed today.
- Collect, document, and report insights on user behaviours, pain points, and local business dynamics.
- Help HQ fine-tune product-market fit through structured feedback.
- Identify and qualify potential clients through direct outreach, networks, and market visits.
- Conduct engaging product demos, both online and in-person.
- Collaborate with HQ to customise proposals and support the full closing process.
- Own the sales funnel locally from discovery to deal, and earn success-based commissions.
- Serve as the local guide for new clients during early implementation.
- Capture user behavior insights by observing managers and frontline staff using RateMe.
- Share success stories, user blockers, and market reactions back with HQ in real-time.
- Represent RateMe in the field with professionalism and passion.
- You close several new clients within the first 3 months.
- You deliver clear, actionable reports on user behavior and needs.
- You help us sharpen our ICP and sales strategy through direct feedback.
- You lay the foundation for future client success and team expansion in Ghana.
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or user engagement roles.
- Confidence to lead demos, meet decision-makers, and walk into new environments.
- Curiosity and empathy to observe and understand user needs.
- Clear communication, initiative, and a disciplined approach to feedback reporting.
- Experience in SaaS or service industries is a plus.
- Number of qualified leads generated per week
- Number of product demos conducted
- Quality of lead insights and market feedback delivered to HQ
- Client engagement and follow-up consistency
- Fixed monthly salary (to be determined based on experience)
- As part of your compensation, you will be eligible for a performance-based sales commission of up to 25% of annual contract value.
- You will be employed as an independent consultant, and you will be responsible for any local taxes or statutory dues.
