- Shift Pattern: 3 Shifts per Day (Morning, Afternoon, and Night)
- Monitor and respond to various alarm signals
- Prepare daily fault reports for Operations
- Communicate effectively with internal and external departments
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Complete equipment checks and logs
- Answer multiple telephone lines and respond to customer enquiries
- Ensure customer expectations are met
- Maintain building security and monitoring response centre operations
- Complete assigned duties and special projects
- Support the Sales Team on outreach programmes (when off-duty)
The Client Support Executive / Monitoring Room Services will report directly to the Lead, Monitoring Room Services.Required Skills or ExperienceIdeal Candidate
- We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with monitoring room operations are desirable.
