Location: Osu, Accra
Contract: 4 Months (Performance-Based) → Potential Permanent Role

Response One Ghana Limited is seeking a hands-on operational leader to raise our Alarm Monitoring & Response Unit to elite standards and develop a Professional Guarding Unit.Key Focus for 4 Months:

Enforce & upgrade operational SOPs
Retrain existing 35 staff for monitoring, dispatch, and guarding excellence
Recruit and integrate new high-calibre personnel
Mentor current Operations Assistant into a capable leader
Deliver measurable improvements in KPIs and standards

Required Skills or ExperienceYou Should Have:

8–10+ years’ leadership in military, police emergency response, or elite private security
Experience in alarm monitoring, rapid response coordination, and guarding operations
Proven training, discipline enforcement, and operational management skills

Performance Review:

Role will be evaluated at 4 months based on KPIs & deliverables
Strong performance may lead to permanent leadership position
