Divisional Manager: Maritime Cranes & Construction Machinery - Liebherr

• Responsible for the business unit Maritime Cranes and Construction Machinery within the mixed sales company of Liebherr-Ghana
• Contact for sales and customer service both internally and externally, as well as responsible for the necessary further development of the business fields
• Planning and optimization of processes in consultation with the Managing Directors
• Oversee staffing adjustments to obtain maximum productivity with the HR Manager
• Evaluate division performance and recommend new strategies for performance improvements
• Plan and manage yearly and forecasted budget
• Administrative and organizational duties for the assigned observation of economic and political situations in the relevant country

• Successfully completed degree, or commercial/technical training with appropriate further qualifications
• Extensive working experience in sales and customer service in a sector-relevant industrial organization and Team leadership
• High proficiency in English and French
• Willingness to travel worldwide
• Independent and systematic approach
• Flexibility, communication skills and a cooperative work style
• High level of customer orientation, consulting expertise and negotiating skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
