Job Description of the Regional Sales ManagerHolistically, Twilum Mega Harvest needs to solicit for and work with:1. Out-grower satellite tilapia farmers.
2. Suppliers.
3. Distributors
4. Production Contractors
5. Independent Sales Executives.The search for these categories of operatives has to be coordinated and supervised by the Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible to:1. Train all the new sales recruits within the region, engaged in our search for the above mentioned operatives. That is:a. Out-grower satellite tilapia farmers.
b. Suppliers.
c. Distributors
d. Production Contractors
e. Independent Sales Executives.2. Receive daily sales reports from the sales personel through email or Whatsapp.3. Hold sales meetings with all sales people within the region at least once a week in the major market centres in the region.4. Supervise the sales team to solicit for orders from retail shops, supermarkets, market traders, churches, hospitals, hotels and restaurants within the region for the regular supply of our packaged fresh, frozen, filleted, fried, smoked and salted tilapia products.5. Negotiate with caterers under the school feeding program within the region for the regular supply of our boneless, filleted, fried tilapia products.6. Coordinate the weekly opportunity meetings of our business unit operatives within the region.That is weekly meetings at each major market centre of our:a. Out-grower satellite tilapia farmers.
b. Suppliers.
c. Distributors
d. Production Contractors
e. Independent Sales Executives.7.
