Adehyeman Savings and Loans LTD, a leading financial institution, is seeking qualified professionals to join its dynamic team as part of an expansion drive to deepen financial inclusion and improve the livelihoods of its customers for a better future below are the position required: Machine Learning ManagerResponsibilities

Oversee the development of predictive models to support digital lending, customer segmentation, project management and detection of potential fraud
Oversee the cleaning and processing of financial data to ensure quality inputs for machine learning algorithms
Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor the performance of deployed models
Establish machine-learning solutions in existing business systems and workflows

[ad]Qualification Required & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, statistics or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning or data science roles with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. Experience in a financial institution will be an advantage
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R or Java, Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
