- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple digital platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, email, and search engines.
- Plan, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other digital advertising networks to achieve campaign objectives and maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage on-page and off-page SEO efforts to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
- Lead the creation of engaging content for digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and multimedia content (e.g., videos, and infographics).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and share insights and recommendations with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, and product, to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
- Advanced qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and social media management tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and website optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas, present recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, able to generate innovative ideas and solutions to drive business growth and success.
