- Manage all internal and external communications, ensuring consistency across platforms and messages.
- Oversee the creation of press releases, newsletters, website content, and social media posts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for media relations, handling inquiries and managing press coverage.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft compelling campaigns for new product launches.
- Organize and coordinate corporate events, product promotions, and media briefings.
- Monitor public perception of the company and address any emerging issues.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders, including partners, customers, and regulatory bodies.
- Analyse communication strategies' performance and adjust plans to meet evolving company goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of “5 years' experience” in communications, public relations, or marketing, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven ability to manage media relations and digital communication platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in crisis communication and reputation management is a plus.
- Proficiency in modern communication tools and platforms, including social media and content management systems.
