We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineering Supervisor to lead the operational delivery of our engineering services. With an engineering background, the ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales, an ability to lead a high-performing technical team, and a strategic mindset. This role is central to our mission of expanding our "Business as a Service" model, particularly for our agri-business customers.JD: The Sales Engineering Supervisor will serve as the primary account manager for Company's food and agricultural customers - mainly exporters - and will lead a team of analysts and technicians to deliver exceptional engineering services, including installation, maintenance, and repairs. In the process, this individual will help to manage customer relationships and collaborate with Company's Business Development function to deliver technical support - largely via use of existing tools, templates, guidelines and proprietary AI - to the customer acquisition process.Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Strategy:
  • Design and implement effective strategies for long-term customer retention.
  • Drive the growth of the engineering service line, focusing on expanding market share within the agribusiness sector.
  • Represent Company at trade shows, product launch events, and demonstrations to promote our services.
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Recruit, onboard, and build a world-class team of refrigeration technicians.
  • Implement performance management metrics to drive accountability and high performance.
Operational & Commercial Excellence:
  • Oversee the delivery of all engineering services, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Manage the execution of customer activities, ensuring services are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work to continuously reduce the average downtime per asset through proactive maintenance and efficient repair protocols.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
