We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our market presence, grow distributor networks, and drive sustainable revenue growth.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG sales, channel development, and distributor management, particularly within cosmetics or hair care products.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow sales and market share.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and key retail partners.
  • Drive product penetration and availability across assigned territories.
  • Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements with partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support product launches and promotions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and growth plans.
  • Ensure effective execution of sales targets and KPIs.
