Agovia Edusphere Ventures is hiring a versatile and creative Marketing & Media Coordinator to help grow our service across Ghana. This role combines video content creation, social media marketing, and in-person outreach—ideal for someone who is both digitally skilled and people-oriented.The role will have a base pay of Gh 1,000 cedis and commission tied to clients that you bring in (capped at a maximum of Gh 10,000 cedis a month).Responsibilities:Media Creation & Editing

Shoot and edit videos for X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp
Capture content like car arrivals, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage
Ensure content is on-brand and engaging

[ad]Social Media Marketing

Manage and grow our social media pages
Create reels, captions, stories, and ads to drive interest
Run targeted campaigns and monitor performance metrics

In-Person Outreach & Promotion

Visit institutions (universities, churches, companies) to promote our services
Distribute brochures, present service offerings, and engage potential customers
Help build referral relationships

Customer Interaction

Respond promptly to social media inquiries
Follow up with leads and track campaign responses

Requirements:

Experience with video editing (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, or any video editing software etc.)
Strong social media presence and content creation skills
Confident speaker with good interpersonal skills
Organized, reliable, and proactive
Must have constant internet access or reside in Sunyani, where the company will provide internet
