CFAO Mobility Ghana Plc is seeking to hire a dynamic individual who will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and delivering a premium brand experience to both existing and prospective clients. As well as implementing and managing all initiatives that will support sales while maintaining excellent service standards and living the brand's mission, vision, and values.With a revenue of over €_8.3 billion, access to 45 of the 54 countries on the continent, and near to 23,100 employees, we are a key player in mobility, infrastructure and energy, healthcare and, consumer goods,. The Group partners with leading international brands and covers the entire value chain - imports, production and distribution- in line with the best international standards, drawing on over 170 years of hands-on knowledge and local expertise.We pursue a twofold strategy, focusing on manufacturing to promote local production, and distribution through its distribution network, Africa's largest, to offer tailored, affordable products and services to people across the continent.[ad]The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for Mercedes-Benz vehicles in Ghana.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate customers as well as embassies to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide tailored consultation to individual clients, embassies and corporate customers understanding their mobility needs and recommending appropriate Mercedes-Benz solutions.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value vehicle sales while ensuring alignment with company pricing policies and brand standards.
  • Coordinate with the Aftersales team to ensure a seamless and premium customer journey.
  • Stay updated on new models, features, and market trends to better serve clients and outpace competition.
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
Prepare and present periodic sales reports and customer feedback to management for strategic decision-making. * Represent CFAO Mobility at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and client engagements to promote the Mercedes-Benz brand.
  • Always maintain confidentiality and ensure customers are dealt in a professional manner.
  • Fulfil the duties assigned in strict adherence to the company's compliance rules.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the company
Desired Skills and Experience
  • A degree or a recognised qualification/certificate in marketing with at least 5 years of relevant experience in either sales or business development
  • Strong business acumen with a keen understanding of premium/luxury customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism, personal presentation, and integrity.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and radically to break patterns.
  • Ability and the desire to sell.
  • Willingness to learn and apply new sales techniques.
  • Ability to work with all types of personalities.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite application.
  • Ability to build commitment to the job and the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
