Job DescriptionAbout the jobØ Meets with clients to determine travel needs, budgets and preferences.Ø Solicit for transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours and activities.Ø Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.Ø Books travel arrangements.Ø Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellation and refunds.Ø Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.Ø Attends travel seminars and conferences.Ø Conducts research on destinations and industry trends.Ø Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions and meetings.Ø Contributes to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as neededRequirementsØ BSc/BA in business administration, sales, tourism or relevant fieldØ Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant roleØ Proven sales track recordØ Experience in customer support is a plusØ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)Ø Proficiency in EnglishØ Market knowledgeØ Communication and negotiation skillsØ Ability to build rapportØ Time management and planning skillsHOW TO APPLYClosing Date : 15th April, 2024
