Job Vacancy For Retail Operations Manager

• Reporting to the Brand Director, the successful candidate will manage brand portfolio of stores and ensure operational excellence Within the country.

• Manage Shop Supervisors
• Work closely with functional managers to ensure operational excellence
• Coach Shop Supervisors and Sales Staff to ensure the achievement of sales targets and service excellence
• Analyse sales figures and implement Key performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Manage merchandise and store image
• Create a transparent, proactive and motivating environment for staff including setting clear goals and targets for shop managers While ensuring regular feedback on performance

• A first degree or its equivalent professional qualification in Management, Sales or Marketing
• Minimum 5 years experience in Retail Business, the Fashion Industry or Operations role.
• 3 years of which must be in management position
• Strong Leadership skills and results driven
• Excellent customer service with a high sense of integrity
• Fluency in French Language
