Job Vacancy For Sales Consultant

• Responsible for playing a crucial role in driving sales and fostering positive customer relationships. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery, ensuring and exceptional experience at every touchpoint. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills and a strong desire to exceed sales targets

• Consult customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs and preferences
• Conduct test drivers and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends and competitor offerings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout sales process
• Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growth

• Bachelor's of Science in Administration in Marketing or a related field from an accredited university
• Minimum of 3 years in automotive sales or a similar field preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Must have strong customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships
• Must possess excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Must be very numerate, proactive, self-disciplined and tactful with good interpersonal and team building capabilities
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must have good knowledge of computer applications, especially Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Must have a valid driving license
