The Sales Training & Talent Specialist at SalesRev Africa plays a pivotal cross-functional role across training delivery, recruitment diagnostics, and lead conversion.ResponsibilitiesTraining & Delivery Support
  • Coordinate logistics for both virtual and in-person training sessions
  • Prepare workbooks, slide decks, breakout tools, and session resources
  • Track training feedback and ensure client follow-up post-delivery
Recruitment Diagnostics & Support
  • Manage POP, BARS, Scorecards, and other assessments for candidate evaluation
  • Support hiring projects by preparing reports, compiling data, and coordinating timelines
  • Follow up with clients post-assessment and assist in the hiring process
[ad]Diagnostic Tools & Client Engagement
  • Activate toolkits to generate leads
  • Follow up and assist in converting leads into paying clients
  • Support client onboarding for diagnostics and toolkit-related projects
Revenue Contribution & Upsell Activation
  • Track client activity and suggest appropriate follow-up actions
  • Support the founder in identifying and following through on upsell or renewal opportunities
  • Contribute to client retention by ensuring high-quality post-delivery experience
Client Engagement & Growth
  • Maintain post-training communication to collect feedback and offer continued support
  • Share follow-up tools, GROWTH Bites, and useful resources to stay top-of-mind
  • Identify and escalate client needs or new opportunities for additional support
  • Follow up with past clients to drive referrals or promote diagnostic services
  • Contribute to renewal conversations and support light upsell offers
Business Development Support
  • Reach out to inbound leads from training events or scorecards when required
  • Share standard info packs, coordinate intro calls, and track lead status
  • Collaborate with BDE and SME Growth Advisor on pipeline follow-up
  • Capture testimonials and stories to use in sales collateral
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, business, education, or communications
  • 1–2 years in a training coordination, talent, or operations support role
  • Experience using Canva, Google Workspace, Zoom, or LMS tools is a plus
  • Very competent in the use of Microsoft Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint

Compensation:Competitive base (GHS 2,200–2,800) + monthly bonuses tied to training, diagnostic, and client success milestones.Total monthly earning potential: GHS 3,200–4,000+ (based on performance).
