- Identify and engage private hospitals, diagnostic centers, and medical groups
- Promote and sell comprehensive HIMS platforms covering admissions, EMRs, pharmacy, laboratory, billing, telehealth, inventory, and after-care
- Build strong relationships with hospital executives, administrators, IT managers, and clinical teams
- Tailor solutions to support data accuracy, operational efficiency, and continuity of care
- Deliver powerful demos that highlight workflow improvements and ROI for hospital leaders
- Stay current on Ghana's private healthcare trends, insurance dynamics, and regulations
- Collaborate with internal product and implementation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Degree in Health Informatics, IT, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise software or medical technology sales
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and EMR systems
- Proven ability to engage both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- Experience in Ghana's private healthcare system is a major plus
- Monthly Allowance: GHS 2,000 for work-related expenses
- Commission: Attractive percentage on successful contract value
- Expense Flexibility: The monthly cap may be exceeded with approval if additional spend is needed to pursue promising leads
- Performance Expectation: At least one viable sales lead should be generated within the first four months
