Job Vacancy For HR ManagerOur client is reputable logistics and shipping company in Tema, Ghana. The firm now requires a high calibre HR Manager reporting to the Managing DirectorKey Accountabilities

Recruitment, search and selection of talent for the organization
Organizational departmental planning
To design and implement a sound performance improvement system
To ensure employment compliance with the Ghana Labor Laws
To design and implement Employee Orientation Programs
To lead in the determination of training needs and to source for training programs
To develop appropriate HR Policies for Board consideration
To administer Payroll, Compensation & Benefits in line with legal and policy requirements
To lead in the assurance of employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health
To manage the administrative functions of the organization to ensure an efficient operation

Qualification Required & Experience

A minimum of first degree in Human Resources or related field
5 years' progressive experience as HR Manger in similar industry.
