- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive product penetration into open markets, retail outlets, and wholesale hubs.
- Expand market share through strategic pricing, promotions, and customer acquisition.
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
- Onboard new high-volume distributors and retailers to expand coverage.
- Monitor distributor performance, order frequency, and payment cycles.
- Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute brand activation campaigns in markets and retail outlets.
- Oversee product sampling, in-market promotions, and trade events.
- Ensure brand visibility and merchandising compliance at all points of sale.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent regional stock-outs.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Plan and execute regular trade visits to maintain strong market presence.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional trends.
- Provide detailed market feedback and actionable insights to management.
- Maintain accurate and timely sales and performance reports.
- Sales Volume Growth: Minimum 15% year-on-year growth in assigned territories.
- Distribution Coverage: Increase active distributor base by 20% within 12 months.
- Order Fulfilment Rate: Maintain a 95%+ on-time delivery rate.
- Stock Management: Keep regional stock-outs to less than 2% monthly.
- Trade Visit Frequency: Minimum 15 key distributor visits per month.
- New Account Acquisition: Onboard at least 5 new high-volume customers per quarter.
- Proven track record selling rice and/or cooking oil.
- Experience introducing and establishing new FMCG products in competitive markets.
- Strong distributor, wholesaler, and retail relationship management skills.
- Minimum 5 years’ FMCG sales experience, with at least 3 years in rice and cooking oil preferred.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and deliver results under pressure.
- Lead the introduction of high-quality rice and cooking oil brands.
