We’re an International Call Centre committed to providing high-quality support and exceptional service to all aspects of business operations. A successful candidate would have strong communication skills, pleasant telephone manner, and ability to work independently. You'll be Responsible For:

Developing and implementing marketing strategies to generate new leads and increase brand awareness.
Creating compelling content for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and our website.
Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events.
Managing and optimizing digital marketing efforts, including search engine optimization (SEO) and online advertising.
Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Collaborating with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with business development goals.
Tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns.

Qualification Required & ExperienceYou'll Provide:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred; HND will be considered
Proven experience in marketing role, preferably within the insurance, banking/finance, or a similar service-oriented industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a working knowledge of graphic design software
