- Proactively sell conference and training seats to potential attendees through various sales channels, including face to face phone, email, and online platforms.
- Identify and qualify leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and convert prospects into confirmed attendees.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of conference topics, schedules, and value propositions to effectively communicate with potential clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, and individual attendees.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on strategies for lead generation and promotional campaigns.
- Accurately record sales activities and client information in CRM systems.
- Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically in all interactions.
- Education: Minimum of a university degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in conference or service sales is required.
- Certifications: Professional certification in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
