- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Use effective communication and negotiation tactics to close deals
- Accurately document interactions and update the CRM system
- Identify new sales opportunities through research and initiative
- Attend regular training and coaching sessions to sharpen your skills
- Adhere to company policies and call center protocols
- Analyze customer feedback to improve pitches and strategies
- High School Certificate or Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Previous sales or call center experience is a strong advantage
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Social media-savvy (as part of the screening process)
