Job Vacancy For Credit ManagerA reputable Rural Bank in the Ashanti Region is Region for qualified applicants to occupy the following position: Credit ManagerQualification Required & Experience

A minimum of Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university in ACcounting, Economics, Finance and Agric Business with 10 years of working experience in Rural Banking and 5 years in a similar position
A Master's degree with 3 years of experience as a Credit Manager is a Rural Bank
Ability to develop, review and update the bank's credit policies
To create credit scoring models to predict risks
Ability to prepare and submit all credit reports as required by the Bank of Ghana and other regulatory and supervisory bodies as well as the board and management
Should have an indepth knowledge in credit issues, including classification of loans, aging analysis and credit management
Ability to efficiently work to maintain the regulatory benchmark of New Performing loans at all times
