Job Vacancy For HR ManagerA Ghanaian-owned animal feed company located in Kumasi seeks a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead the company's HR teamJob Summary

The successful candidate will develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organisation and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy and manage the company's recruitment and selection process, assess training needs.
The successful candidate will also develop and oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and maintain a pay plan and benefits programme and ensure that practices are in compliance with labour laws, as well as nurture a positive working environment in the company

Qualification Required & Experience

The successful candidate will have a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources, along with 4 years of working experience in a progressive company and show clearly rising levels of responsibility and engagement in HR administration and practice.
An MBA or other advanced degree/certification in human resource management is a strong plus
