- Promote and sell StarLife insurance products to potential clients
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
- Must be 24 years and above
- Must have a qualification of WASSCE or higher
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- Familiarity with insurance products and services is an advantage
