- Lead sales presentations and activities for sales managers and team leaders
- Establish pay points for sales activities
- Liaise with Training Department to conduct product training for sales managers, Team Leaders and Sales Executives
- Conduct performance review for Sales Managers and Team Leaders
- Plan and execute weekly, monthly and yearly sales budget
- Report on daily, weekly and monthly key result areas for the branch
- Serve as first reporting line for all members in the branch including customer service executives
- Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
- First Degree in Marketing or any related field
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role
- Minimum of Diploma in Insurance
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to organize and plan sales activities with team
- Must have strong desire to coach and develop others by sharing skills and knowledge
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office suite
- Must possess good report writing skills
