Job DescriptionBrolly is a dynamic and innovative startup revolutionizing auto insurance in Africa. Our mission is to keep drivers moving and powering the relentless pursuit of progress by millions of people in Africa.Role Overview:As a Rideshare Acquisition Executive, you will lead a sales team to increase the driver customer base, build relationships with rideshare partners, and execute presentations and campaigns. This role requires proven sales skills, effective team leadership, negotiation expertise, and customer relationship management abilities. Minimum qualifications are 3 years of successful sales experience and a university degree.Locations: Accra and KumasiResponsibilities--Generating leads and guiding them through our customer journey- Acquiring and growing the driver customer base within the rideshare community.- Recruiting, training, motivating, and supervising sales team to meet set targets- Building and nurturing relationships with rideshare partners.- Managing activations and overseeing presentations and campaignsExperience:- Minimum of 3 years work experience in sales- University degree requiredThe PersonThe ideal person for this role will be a happy person who brings light to the room and is motivated to make a difference daily.   • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and demonstrate persistence and perseverance, you are not fearful of cold calls or rejection.
  • Experience in leading small to medium-sized sales teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for negotiation and gaining buy-in
  • Good communicator and enjoys working on teams that value collaboration
  • Proficient in customer relationship management and identifying client pain points.
  • Strong event organizing skills.
  • Proficient in collaborating and organizing work with tools such as Slack, Trello, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to analyze and present data effectively
