- To lead a team of personnel to ensure the smooth operation of the Branch and also to oversee revenue mobilisation
- Advise the Head of Operations on all issues pertaining to the Branch's activities
- Ensure timely processing and submission of all Financial and Operational Reports relating to the branch
- To assist the Head of Operations to apply sound Property/Facilities Management practices in respect of the management of the company's moveable and immovable properties
- To assist the Head of Operations in preparation and administering of Tenancy and Contractual Agreements
- To assist in transactions involving leases and administration of tenants related matters
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff as well as 3rd Party Service Providers at the branch
- BSc Land Economy or Building Technology or Real Estate or Facilities Management
- Must have 10 years of post National Service / Working experience, with 3 years in a Managerial position
- Age Limit: Applicant should not be more than 45 years old
- The applicant must be a team player, self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be dependable and computer literate

- Appreciation and interpretation of Reports, Financial, Basic Valuation etc

- Should be a member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors
