Job Vacancy For Construction Manager

• Prospective candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and also serve as the representative at each worksite in dealing with subcontractors.

• Manages and oversee worksite for both new construction and remodel project from conception to completion.
• Co-ordinates site activities and ensures that all project goals and objectives are well achieved.
• Liaise between engineers, architects and others working on the project.
• Proactively mitigate and track recurring construction issues.
• Review projects in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Review the work on daily basis
• Meet contractual conditions of performance.
• Maintain regular communication and attend meetings with clients to update them on progress of project.
• Checks design document with architects, surveyors and engineers on project to be carried out.
• Deals with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project.

• Higher National Diploma (HND) or Degree
• Highly experienced onsite supervisor with a high sense of duty and attention to detail.
• Experienced professional with multiple years of experience (between 3 - 5 years)
• Practical knowledge in all areas of construction stages and processes with the ability to lead a construction team from foundation to finishing.
• Knowledge of concrete technology, foundation systems, plumbing, electricals, Air conditioning, roofing, finishing and all facets of construction.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
