Job Vacancy For District Manager

• To be responsible for building brand loyalty and brand value while achieving cocoa buying and managing objectives for the district, within an established target and budget

• Ability to carry out general administrative and operational works of the District
• Possess knowledge of how to manage operational records at the District
• Prepares and submits weekly reports on cash transfers and cocoa purchases and evaluation to the Head Office
• Ability to seal all cocoa beans purchased on weekly basis in jute sacks in accordance with COCOBOD and QCC standard and inform the company to evacuate the sealed cocoa beans to port.
• Ensures that the quality of the cocoa beans purchased for the company meet COCOBOD and QCC standards
• Ability to demonstrate how to organise/support farmers society development and education

• Degree in Marketing/Supply Chain/Accounting with at least 5 to 7 years experience of which 3 years work experience in the cocoa buying industry
• Interest and willingness to travel across cocoa growing areas
• Understanding of trends and scope of change in the cocoa buying companies
• An effective leader with the ability to enthuse adn inspire colleagues and subordinates to give their best in order to achieve goals
• Must have good reference from previous employer
• Must be able to have collateral at the following locations
