- Maintain customer relationships: Build and sustain trusted relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored seed solutions.
- Troubleshoot and provide support: Address and resolve customer issues promptly, offering reliable support and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with internal teams to share market insights and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Product development: Plan, execute and evaluate trials at the growers. Be responsible for trials in sales area.
- At least 3 years of sales experience.
- Able to effectively communicate in English - requirement
- Located in Accra or willing to relocate
- Customer-oriented, results-driven, sales-driven and works independently.
- Strong communication, analytical, collaborative and ability to interact with diverse group of people
- Agricultural background and love for working in the field and with plants.
- Willingness to travel.
