Oversee firm operations including finance, HR, compliance, marketing and administration
Support strategic decision-making and business planning
Manage budgets as well as supervise vendors, contracts and internal processes
Implement systems that improve workflow and service delivery

Qualification Required & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar field (MBA a plus)
Over 5 years of experience in a senior operations or management role
Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
Previous exposure to legal or professional services sector preferred
