Microfinance Field Officers by East Akim Rural Bank

• Manage microfinance operations, assess loan applications and provide financial advisory services to clients
• Exceptional customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly

• HND/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or any other related field
• A minimum of 2 years work experience in the same or similar role in the banking sector

• Must be computer literate, with proficiency in T24 banking software, Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft word and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Very analytical and paying attention to details
• Demonstrate high standards of integrity, professionalism and adheres to ethical standards
