Job DescriptionA reputable and fast growing rural bank in Bono Region, Ghana invites application from suitable qualified applicants for the following position: Micro Finance Field OfficersJob Description

Shall report to the branch manager
Assist in training micro finance groups
Assess and recommend loan application for approval
Recover loans approved and disburse to the groups
Prepare monthly loan reports
Credit monitoring and loan recovery
Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the branch manager.

Qualification Required & Experience

Minimum of a HND or Degree from a recognised university
Minimum of 2 years of working experience
