
Digital and Social Media Manager - First National Bank

- Develop and manage professional relationships with third party suppliers/partners and oversee final delivery and standards of said suppliers/partners, as guided by centre marketing guidance and governance
- Develop and manage relationships with business through professional partnership and provision of specialist support and advice to maximise the influence and impact of the digital marketing function
- Design and develop the relevant integrated digital portfolio marketing plans that ultimately result in profitable growth of the portfolio
- Manage and/or give input into digital channel delivery on all digital campaigns, including landing pages, user experience optimisation and input into sales fulfilment processes
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and research and evaluate customer research including social media reporting, market conditions and competitor data to be used as input to the digital marketing strategy
- Drive the implementation of best practices, frameworks and processes to ensure delivery against digital segment and digital channel strategies
- Give input into, promote and apply professional and franchise digital media standards, practices and governance which are aligned to the segment marketing strategy
- Documents and disseminate key insights from key digital marketing initiatives to ensure continuous learnings in line with group processes and frameworks
- Actively seeks ways to improve efficiency and effectivity of focused and integrated digital marketing campaigns, activities and projects
- Continuously report on key performance outcomes and deliverables, and drive optimization opportunities across media and channels
- Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request development where appropriate
- Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and culture of team in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies
- Serve as an active member of the digital marketing community through partnership with colleagues, driving collaboration and integrating deliverables to optimize the impact of an integrated marketing approach on the relevant customer segment
