- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Promote and sell automobiles by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable models.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives for potential customers.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and new automobile models.
- Assist customers with financing and insurance options when necessary.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of the automobile industry and current market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
