Provide technical assistance and policy recommendations to government agencies and stakeholders on public finance management.
Collaborate with international organizations and other local stakeholders to promote best practices in public finance.
Prepare reports and presentations on public finance issues, including policy recommendations and impact assessments.
Facilitate training and capacity-building workshops for public sector entities on public finance management.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of public finance reforms and initiatives.
Contributing to thought leadership on emerging issues in public financial management.
Support business development activities, including proposal development and client relationship management.People ResponsibilitiesContribute to performance feedback and people-related initiatives.
Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

At least 10+ years of relevant working experience in public finance management, preferably in a developing country context.
Proven experience in policy analysis, economic research, and data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral English.
Execution focused and proven ability to get things done.Educational And Academic QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Public Finance, Economics or Business Administration from a reputable institution.
