- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in facilities management, property rental/sales, and construction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and market expansion.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, corporate clients, and government agencies.
- Serve as the key point of contact for client communication and satisfaction.
- Regularly meet with existing clients to explore additional business opportunities.
- Develop strategic partnerships with real estate agents, developers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote the company.
- Drive sales for property rentals and sales, facilities management and construction, ensuring achievement of set targets.
- Collaborate with other teams to design effective promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics and KPIs.
- Work closely with operations, facility management, construction, and marketing teams to align client needs with service delivery.
- Provide feedback from the market to inform service innovation and improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in business development. Experience within the real estate or property sector is a plus
- Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of real estate trends, property laws, and industry practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
