- Overseeing daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Greet and onboard new members, offer tours, and handle member questions and support.
- Foster member relationships by initiating connections, making introductions, and encouraging collaboration.
- Host both paid (e.g., trainings, workshops) and free (e.g., peer meetups, brunches) events to engage members.
- Collect member feedback regularly and implement improvements to enhance their experience.
- Promote and sell coworking packages—daily, monthly, and event rentals—through walk-ins, calls, and tours.
- Conduct outreach to local organizations (e.g., NGOs, women’s groups, trainers) to drive event bookings.
- Monitor sales performance, maintain records in the member management system, and provide monthly reports.
- Manage day-to-day upkeep of shared areas, including internet connectivity, utilities, and general cleanliness.
- Schedule and supervise cleaning, repairs, and ongoing facility maintenance.
- Coordinate usage of meeting rooms, garden space, and work desks.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to produce marketing content and newsletters.
- Maintain the coworking space’s digital presence, increase engagement, and promote upcoming events.
- Design basic promotional flyers or materials for workshops and rental deals.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in coworking operations, marketing, events, hospitality, or community management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; friendly and approachable.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiar with digital tools such as Google Workspace, social media platforms, and basic CRMs or booking tools.
- Sales-driven, with a proven ability to convert leads and meet occupancy goals.
- Passionate about women’s empowerment, entrepreneurship, and community engagement.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a local language (Twi) is an advantage.
- Attain a minimum 60% occupancy rate for coworking desks.
- Secure at least 6 full-day bookings for rooms or garden space each month.
- Organize 2 Sherise-branded events monthly with a minimum of 10 attendees per event.
- Maintain an 80%+ customer satisfaction score via feedback surveys.
