- Ten (10) years work experience in a reputable organisation
- Experience in payroll and transport administration would be an added advantage
- Must be conversant with all the applicable Acts (Labour Legislation, etc)
- Degree in Human Resource and Administration
- Qualified HR and or Master's degree will be an added advantage
- Ten (10) years work experience in a reputable organization

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, quantitative and analytical skills
- Be innovative, proactive and creative
- Be computer literate in Microsoft office word, Excel, Power point, access etc
- Ability to adapt to challenging working environment and working under pressure
- Ability to motivate and drive growth
