Job Vacancy For Relationship Manager, Corporate BankGuaranty Trust Bank (Ghana) Limited, is looking to fill the following vacancy within its Corporate Bank Division: Relationship Manager, Corporate BankSpecific Duties & Responsibilities

To manage the development of prudently priced assets, cost-effective long-term liability with reputable organisations in order to ensure bank's maximum profitability
Monitor the unit's performance against weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual plans
Manage key customer relationships through regular contacts and visits by ensuring the effective call program is maintained on all assigned and prospect customers
Mentoring junior members of the team.

Qualification Required & ExperienceJob Requirements

A university degree with a minimum of second class lower
Proven sales experience in a client relationship role within corporate banking
Experience in structured trade finance, syndication and project financing will be an added advantage
Possess in-depth understanding and knowledge of corporate banking products
Ability to work to deadlines with proven time management skills
