Job DescriptionCFAO Mobility Ghana Plc is seeking to hire an energetic and result driven individual to join its team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of the department managing the Sales Executives to ensure they meet and exceed the sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
You will be responsible for guiding the team, optimizing sales strategies, and contributing to the business growth of the department.With a revenue of over €_8.3 billion, access to 45 of the 54 countries on the continent, and near to 23,100 employees, we are a key player in mobility, infrastructure and energy, healthcare and, consumer goods,.

Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share for the department.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust tactics to maximize revenue.
- Ensure the team maintains a robust pipeline of leads and conversions.
- Ensure to meet or exceed monthly sales targets to drive progress toward overall sales goals.
Customer & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and suppliers.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotions and new product launches.
Reporting & Business Development:
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to your manager for discussion and- Identify new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and untapped markets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of two Sales Executives to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify training needs and support skill development within the team.
After-Sales Activities:
- Contribute to after-sales initiatives aimed at maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the company.Leadership & Team Management:
  • Ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Sales & Negotiation:
  • Expertise in consultative selling, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Experience in B2B sales within the automotive aftermarket industry.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities.
  • Ability to nurture long-term client relationships.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking:
  • Strong data analysis skills to evaluate sales performance and market trends.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Technical & Industry Knowledge:
  • Deep understanding of automotive parts, lubricants, and accessories
- Communication & Presentation:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver compelling sales presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.- Ability to flourish in a competitive environment and think on one's feet and react appropriately to situations
- Must be ready to travel long distances and ready to work outside normal official working hours.Desired Skills and Experience- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or equivalent
- CRM Certification (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the automotive sector
- A minimum of at least 6-7 years in automotive aftermarket sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
