Implement approved sales plans/programmes to promote, sell and register prospective clients onto the hotel’s platform
Market and source for new business/clientele through sales calls, visits and presentations
Monitor daily press releases and update superior officer accordingly
Undertake desk studies/research to support business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and approaches
Promote the hotel’s brands and values through the approved services delivery standards and platforms
Conduct business visits and maintain regular contact with customers to build/deepen existing/new relationships
Identify opportunities for new/incremental business through the marketing and sales effort
Increase client penetration and revenue by actively launching and promoting the company’s service capabilities

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related courses
Minimum of or years of experience in similar position
Experience in 4/5 star years of experience in similar position
PMS knowledge – EZEE/OPERA
Ability to multitask
