Job DescriptionMinimum Educational Qualification: Minimum of bachelor's degree in business administration or finance or any other relevant field.Minimum Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in payroll processing.Position SummaryJoining Nestlé means you are joining the largest Food and Beverage company in the world. At our very core, we are a human company driven by our purpose to improve the quality of life and contribute to a healthier future.Nestlé is currently looking for a Payroll Assistant in our Nestlé Business Services Office who would be responsible for payroll processing.Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for payroll processing of assigned country (s) in line with the respective country's payroll calendar.
  • Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of monthly payroll processing of assigned country(s).
  • Responsible for processing of tax and other related reporting and ensuring payroll data is accurately posted to internal (General Ledger) and external (Third Party Administrator) systems of assigned country (s)e.g. pension management system.
  • Responsible for ensuring appropriate controls and audits are in place and carried out as agreed.
  • Perform quality checks and report exceptions through monthly audit logs.
  • Responsible for system maintenance to meet the ever-changing business and payroll requirements of the countries through changes in government and company's policies, procedures, collective agreement etc
